MiSAFE is the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development's public-facing system for food establishment inspection reports — covering grocery stores, food processors, food warehouses, and convenience stores across the state. Inspection data is available from April 2022 forward and is searchable by establishment name, address, and city. I redeveloped the system to meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements ahead of federal enforcement deadlines and aligned the experience with the One State, One Brand design initiative, ensuring the interface is consistent with the broader Michigan.gov ecosystem.
